Fried, MBA Mr. Fried has assisted national companies to create and implement their real estate strategies for the past 25 years. He is an expert in urban development and real estate finance. In addition, he has partnered with high net worth investors to acquire shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties and single tenant retail properties. In the mid 1990's, Mr. Fried was the Area Manager for South Florida of the national real estate brokerage firm, Grubb & Ellis Mr. Fried has extensive experience in project feasibility analysis, transaction structuring and has long standing relationships throughout the real estate industry with brokers, investors, bankers and other professionals in the industry. Mr. Fried has undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Business School of the University of Florida. He is a member of the Board of the University of Florida Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies, a former member of the Board of Directors of Broward Housing Solutions and the Government Affairs Committee for the Florida Chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
