Joseph P. Tagliola, SCLS

Mr. Tagliola has more than 22 years of experience in the retail shopping center industry. Prior to founding Collarmele Partners, he served as President of Retail and Office for Turnberry Associates and oversaw all retail leasing and master planning for the national portfolio of regional malls, lifestyle centers, power centers and specialty leasing projects. Most recently he oversaw the 1.3M sq. ft. Turnberry Town Square Las Vegas and began the retail master planning on the $3B Fontainebleau Las Vegas Resort & Casino. Before joining Turnberry, he served as Senior Executive Vice President for Westfield Corporation, Inc. where he directed all leasing activity and development pre-planning for the company's 68 shopping centers across the United States. He was instrumental in pre-planning and implementation of over $3.5 Billion in development activity including redevelopments of Westfield San Francisco Center, Century City, Topanga Plaza, Connecticut Post, Sarasota, Brandon, Santa Anita, Valley Fair, Santa Anita, Oakridge, West County, and Independence Mall.

Mr. Tagliola received his bachelor's degree from Duke University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, and a Senior Certified Leasing Specialist.
